Ms. Norem is an Associate Wealth Advisor, supporting FCT’s team of wealth advisors and trust officers with administrative client services and financial planning assistance. She will be supporting our advisor team and clients at our Dubuque office. She earned a Bachelors degree in Finance and Business Administration from the University of Northern Iowa.
