Justin Noel serves as an Associate Institutional Advisor at First Community Trust (FCT), bringing nearly eight years of experience in the retirement industry. Prior to joining FCT, Justin spent much of his career at Principal Financial Group, gaining experience with a variety of retirement plans, including defined contribution, defined benefit, employee stock ownership (ESOP) and nonqualified plans.
In his role, Justin works alongside organizations and their employees to provide retirement plan consulting, plan reviews, fee benchmarking, investment monitoring and participant education. His experience supporting both plan sponsors and participants provides a well-rounded perspective on the retirement planning needs of employers and their employees.
Justin takes a personalized, consultative approach to building strong client relationships, helping organizations and individuals make informed retirement planning decisions. He has passed the Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) examination and holds a FINRA Series 6 license.
