Mr. Schwenker is First Community Trust’s SVP, Senior Compliance Officer, serving as a member of the FCT leadership team. In his role, he leads the compliance department by developing strategy and ensuring the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements including overseeing audits, ensuring effective controls are in place and preparing financial reports. Mr. Schwenker is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM) and brings more than a decade of compliance, risk management and enterprise and operational risk management experience through his previous roles within the technology, consulting and financial services industries. Mr. Schwenker is active in the community by serving on the Maquoketa YMCA Advisory Board, Sacred Heart School Board and coaching youth sports.
