As Senior Investment Officer, Mr. Cliff supports the Chief Investment Officer in managing and analyzing client investments, constructing and maintaining portfolios, conducting market research and ensuring compliance. With more than 25 years’ experience in the financial service and investment sectors, he brings to First Community Trust his comprehensive capital market knowledge and extensive client investment portfolio management experience. He understands the value of customizing each to ensure clients’ unique goals are met.
Mr. Cliff earned his master’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin in La Crosse. He also holds the prestigious Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) ® designation.
He serves on the Board of Directors for the Madison Senior Center Foundation and is a member of the CFA Society Madison where he has served in various board level positions over the years, including President, Vice President, Treasurer and Member-At-Large.
