Ms. Kronfeldt joined First Community Trust with nearly two decades of trust operations experience in her role at a leading, full-service provider of retirement solutions and her most recent role at a nationally recognized human capital management technology firm. She brings from her previous positions in-depth leadership experience in 401(k) conversions, deconversions, distributions, fund changes, account reconciliation, statement processing and account reconstructions.
As FCT Senior Vice President of Trust Operations, Ms. Kronfeldt leads the operations department and activities including the development of company policies and procedures while maintaining compliance with applicable laws and regulations, oversight of department staff, prepares financial reports, and serves as a member of FCT’s senior management team.
