As Trust Operations Specialist, Ms. Voss provides operational and service support to clients and our Wealth Advisors and Trust Officer team, emphasizing in transactional processing. She has accumulated decades of professional experience in various roles ranging from executive administration to managing teams throughout the finance, publishing and communication industries. Her vast professional experience makes her an asset to the First Community Trust team.
In 2017 Ms. Voss received her Masters in Higher Education Administration, Educational Leadership and Administration from Upper Iowa University in Fayette, Iowa. She also holds a bachelor’s degree from Upper Iowa University in Management and Marketing.
In her free time, she also enjoys volunteering at Whispurring Hope Rescue, an animal rescue foundation in Dubuque, where she helps to foster puppies and is an advocate for rescue pet adoption.
