Mikayla Spires

Ms. Spires has been with First Community Trust since 2021 after receiving her bachelor’s degree from Grand Canyon University, Phoenix, AZ. As FCT’s compliance associate, she provides the ongoing development, review, and execution of FCT’s compliance function. Mikayla has also previously served as a trust administrative associate and trust operations associate at FCT.
